Ms. Nighat Sultana established the firm, Sultan Lloyd in 1999 after studying Law at the University of Warwick. She specialises in Family Law in which she has accumulated vast experience in both routine and complex cases from ancillary relief (the financial aspect of divorce) to contact/residence orders, domestic violence injunctions, judicial separation, cohabitation disputes and divorce. Her friendly and sympathetic attitude has earned her an excellent reputation with clients. Ms. Nighat speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

Ms. Kamaljit Sandhu, who qualified as a solicitor in March 2003, specializes in Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights Law. She has been working in the area of Immigration Law since 1999. Kamaljit is a highly experienced solicitor with expertise in identifying complex issues of law to be taken forward to Judicial Review, the Court of Appeal and House of Lords. Having had 4 years of industry experience, she joined Sultan Lloyd Solicitors in June 2003 expanding the firm`s reputation for excellence.  She has excellent communication and people skills which are a tremendous asset to the firm. Kamaljit`s 'never say die' attitude has earned her a formidable reputation. She speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

Mr. Sandeep Dattani

Mr. Dattani completed his law degree in 2004 at the Universit y of Birmingham.  He has extensive experience in consumer law and personal injury.  He successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Birmingham in 2008.

Mr. Dattani joined Sultan Lloyd Solicitors in August 2008 and brought with him his wide-ranging knowledge and skills in different areas of law.  He specialises in Family law cases and has vast experience in dealing with all types of cases, no matter how complex.  He also has knowledge in civil litigation and criminal injury compensation cases.  Mr. Dattani works tirelessly for his clients and the firm.  This ethos of professionalism is maintained by his constant striving for success. Mr. Dattani speaks Gujarati.

Mrs. Harminder K Meht

Mrs. Harminder K Meht achived her Law Degree in 2005 at the University of Birmingham and then went on to obtain her Masters in Law specializing in Human Rights Law in 2006 from Kings College London. She then went onto achieve a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law, Bloomsbury London. She has been working in the field of Asylum and Immigration law since August 2008 and is an accredited caseworker. While dealing with various procedures of asylum applications Harminder has developed an expertise in preparing applications outside the Immigration Rules on the basis of Human Rights (article 8 relating to family life and serious medical conditions).

Mrs. Meht is currently working towards becoming accredited as a Senior Caseworker within the firm so that she can further excel in the field of Asylum and Immigration Law and follow through cases to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and higher courts. Mrs. Meht speaks Punjabi.

Ms. Mahmuna Hasnath

Miss Mahmuna Hasnath obtained her law degree from the University of Birmingham and went on to successfully complete her LPC at the College of Law, in Birmingham. Miss Hasnath is due to qualify as a solicitor this year.

Miss Hasnath is able to provide advice in a wide range of areas of law including dealing with Immigration and Asylum Law, Personal Injury and Family Law. Her experience of working in London and previous commercial firms has placed her in good stead to deal with clients from the corporate sector as well as private clients. Her personable yet professional manner makes this possible.

Miss Hasnath is due to qualify as a solicitor but also plans to become accredited so that her work in Asylum and Human Rights Law can be expanded, further. Miss Hasnath is fluent in Bengali.

Ms. Safina Kosur

Safina is the Senior Adminstrator for Sultan Lloyd and has been the first point of contact for our clients for over 9 years now.  Safina is the person responsible for the operations management of the firm and has been involved with Sultan Lloyd from its humble beginnings.  Ms. Kosur is the person you will most likely give initial instructions to, and then she will allocate the lawyer who will be responsible for your case.  An ever present and highly professional individual, Safina is extremely highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike.  Her warm, sympathetic and yet professional manner is the personification of the ethos of Sultan Lloyd. Ms. Safina speaks Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Mirpuri.
