Mr. Dattani completed his law degree in 2004 at the Universit y of Birmingham. He has extensive experience in consumer law and personal injury. He successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Birmingham in 2008.
Mr. Dattani joined Sultan Lloyd Solicitors in August 2008 and brought with him his wide-ranging knowledge and skills in different areas of law. He specialises in Family law cases and has vast experience in dealing with all types of cases, no matter how complex. He also has knowledge in civil litigation and criminal injury compensation cases.  Mrs. Harminder K Meht

Mrs. Harminder K Meht achived her Law Degree in 2005 at the University of Birmingham and then went on to obtain her Masters in Law specializing in Human Rights Law in 2006 from Kings College London. She then went onto achieve a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law, Bloomsbury London. She has been working in the field of Asylum and Immigration law since August 2008 and is an accredited caseworker. While dealing with various procedures of asylum applications Harminder has developed an expertise in preparing applications outside the Immigration Rules on the basis of Human Rights (article 8 relating to family life and serious medical conditions).
Mrs. Meht is currently working towards becoming accredited as a Senior Caseworker within the firm so that she can further excel in the field of Asylum and Immigration Law and follow through cases to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and higher courts. Mrs. Meht speaks Punjabi.

Ms. Kosur is the person you will most likely give initial instructions to, and then she will allocate the lawyer who will be responsible for your case. An ever present and highly professional individual, Safina is extremely highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike.
